岗位职责
1、协助院领导完成本科生、研究生教育管理工作；
2、制定、修订和完善学院团学工作各项管理规定；
3、负责学院民族学生、奖助贷、就业以及心理健康工作；
4、负责学院团委以及学生组织、学生活动的指导工作；
5、协助完成本科生党建工作；
6、学院领导交办的其他工作。
Job Responsibilities：
1. Assist the college leaders to complete the education and management of undergraduate and graduate students;
2. Formulate, revise and improve the management regulations of the college's group and study work;
3. Responsible for college ethnic students, grants, loans, employment and mental health work;
4. Responsible for the guidance of the college youth league committee, student organizations and student activities;
5. Assist in the completion of party building work for undergraduates;
6. Other tasks assigned by college leaders.
